Refund Policy
At Optinet Solutions LLC, we focus on delivering high-quality software development, IT consulting, and digital solutions. Since every project and client engagement is unique, we maintain the following refund guidelines:
For Services
• If a project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund will be issued.
• If work has already started, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of work completed.
• If deliverables are not provided as agreed, a full or partial refund may be issued after review.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 business days of the issue.
For Products (Future Online Store)
Our eCommerce section for physical and digital product sales is currently under development and not yet live. Once launched, a detailed return and refund policy for product purchases will be published and apply to all online orders.
Processing of Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
